RTI Properties, Inc. is Hiring a Collections Specialist (Hourly Rate + Bonuses) Near Gardena, CA
Job description
- Handle collections on non-paying loans, follow-up on monthly unpaid loan payments, track and follow up on loan extensions and charges, track incoming payments as needed, make interest adjustments and calculations, and work closely with the Loan Servicing Department.
- Prepare reconveyances for loan payoffs (or for partial reconveyances) as requested by title/escrow companies.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for investors.
- Prepare and provide Loan Servicing Agreements and statements to Investors.
- Perform other departmental duties as assigned.
- Handle some front office/ office manager functions as described above.
