About us:

Garden Grove Guest Home is a licensed 47 bed Assisted Living Community. We have renovated private and semi private rooms We have special programs that that cater to different cultures with menu options.

Our Goal is to focus on allwoing our residents to maintain their independence while aging in place.

Provides overall leadership and management of the health and wellbeing of residents within the community. Assisting with recruting, hiring and training of the clinical team members, ensures mediction passes within the allowed timeframe, assists in checking medication refill status,Completes peer review medication pass observations, assists with checking monthly Physician Order SHeets and Medication Administration Records match and support each other, Reviews staff schedule ensures appropriate staffing coverage contachts alternative team members as needed to fill staffing vacancy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
