Work Schedule:
- Full-time or part-time positions available.
- Flexible work schedules between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
- Performing quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' individual needs.
- Customizing massage services to craft truly personalized sessions for each client.
- Utilizing our monthly membership model to build recurring client relationships and witness their wellness improve over time.
- Safeguarding the client experience, maintaining client confidentiality, and upholding our commitment to safety.
- Embracing the core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy in your interactions with clients and team members.
- Protecting our workplace culture by building positive relationships with team members, valuing and respecting diversity, and supporting team goals.
- All applicants must meet the licensing and/or certification requirements for the city and state in which they practice and pass a background and reference check prior to hire.
- Demonstrated proficiency in multiple massage modalities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with clients.
- Empathy, compassion, and a client-centered approach to care.
- Commitment to maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.
- $40 to $60 per hour, based on experience and expertise.
