Brizo Construction, LLC is Hiring a Project Manager Near Galveston, TX

Project Manager Job Description

Brizo Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager with responsibilities to plan to and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitors progress, and keep stakeholder informed through the entire lifecycle of the project.

Duties and responsibilities of the Project Manager:

· Intake and management of eligible applicants from pre-construction to construction completion.

· Pre-construction site visits and development of scope of work

· Coordination with engineer and architect for plan development.

· Review of plans in accordance with Program Requirements.

· Manage superintendents and office staff for construction related activities by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.

· Track project costs to meet budget.

· Monitor project performance to identify areas of improvement.

Qualifications and skills

· At least 5 years of experience in project management of civil construction.

· Must have Marine/ Shoreline experience (required).

· Proven ability to solve problems creatively.

· Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

· Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.

· Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
