Position Overview: We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in Marine construction especially dredging to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of projects from conception to completion, including but not limited to planning, budgeting, scheduling, contracts and communications. Candidates with experience in Marine are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinates and supervises all aspects of a project, from conceptualization to completion.
• Develop project plans, including budgets, timelines, task lists, and resource requirements.
• Monitor project progress and keeps stakeholders informed of important milestones.
• Identify and resolves conflicts between project teams, vendors and clients.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and other stakeholders.
• Review project deliverables and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Ensure that project goals are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of Project Manager experience
• Dredging/Marine Construction experience
