Responsibilities Include:
- Tend daily to emergency, urgent, and routine maintenance requests
- Perform regular walk-through inspections of college buildings and campus grounds and property
- Patrol for and clean up litter and other debris on campus grounds
- maintaining & caring for lawns, flower beds, shrubbery, trees, & plants
- planting and weeding
- performing other general maintenance of facilities with minimal supervision
- Ability to produce clear and concise written communication, by hand and by computer
- Ability to use clear and concise verbal communication, easily understood by others
- Knowledge of, and proclivity towards, safe work practices
- Possession of consistent physical strength requisite for typical tasks and responsibilities
- Possession of consistent physical dexterity requisite for typical tasks and responsibilities
