Athenix Solutions Group is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Intern) Near Fulton, MD

We are looking for aTalent Acquisition Coordinator to provide both administrative and project support to the Talent Acquisition Team with the stated mission of delivering high quality service to candidates and internal stakeholders. The primary focus of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be to schedule interviews while maintaining a high service-standard and accuracy, ensure flawless candidate experience, create marketing campaigns and social media content, as well as assist with special projects as assigned. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, be highly flexible, organized and demonstrate sound judgment. We are looking for someone who is always ready to jump in and lend a hand!

Do you have skills and experience in some of the following areas?

  • Coordinating and assisting with sourcing and evaluating talent for potential opportunities
  • Opening and closing staffing requisitions, including posting jobs to job boards
  • Reviewing resumes, conducting initial screening interviews, assisting with assessing and ranking prospective talent
  • Assisting with developing job descriptions for advertising
  • Posting in Applicant Tracking System(s) and on social media sites
  • Coordinating and organizing participation in career fairs
  • Launching offer letters and coordinating new hire onboarding
  • Generating and automating recruitment reports and analyzing key metrics
  • Working under moderate supervision
  • Creating an engaging CRM campaign

Minimum Requirements

  • Currently working on completion of a bachelor's or master's degree in related field or equivalent; we will only consider students who plan be enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the summer
  • Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above; must be the case at the date of hire and will be verified during background check in the spring
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future
  • Experience developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns in geographically dispersed locations
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to formulate compelling narratives and stories with data
  • Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to multitask and support multiple resources
  • Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and social media content curation for candidate attraction projects

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS) & Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
  • Understanding of Drupal and/or WordPress
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience with Keyword Planner or SemRush
  • Experience with MS SharePoint
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
