Job Summary

Coordinate job duties and supplies of the maintenance department including physical inventory, generating work orders, maintaining proper accounting in Magic database, and tracking machine down time.

Duties & Responsibilities

Essential

· Manage inventory control by ensuring that all parts are accounted for and inputted into the system

· Receive parts from vendors and place in proper location

· Issue parts to necessary departments or personnel

· Manage the physical inventory of parts by counting parts and entering into database and into a spreadsheet

· Organize parts room and keep parts located in proper location

· Use various office machines to perform essential duties including computer, calculator, fax, telephone, and Microsoft office suite programs

· Run NAV and enter data in correctly

· Generate purchase orders

· Maintain spending logs, maintenance logs, downtime assets, labor hours, material costs, price quotes

· Pick up parts

· Negotiate pricing on parts

· Manage leasing and rental of equipment

• Maintain good personal hygiene, follow GMP’s and keep a clean, safe and sanitary work place. Immediately report any situation that may cause product to be contaminated.
• Display to the Guard your DFF-issued photo ID whenever entering the premises. Report the loss of this ID card to the supervisor. Do not give your ID card to any other individual. Immediately report to the supervisor any suspicious activity by employees or visitors.

· Complete special projects as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Essential

· Excellent organizational skills

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Proficiency in various computer programs

· Able to lift up to 50 lbs occassionally

Pay: $18.64 - $19.84 per hour
