```Job Overview``` We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. ```Duties``` - Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify any issues or malfunctions - Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems - Troubleshoot and diagnose problems using schematics, logic controllers, and other tools - Fabricate and weld as needed to repair or modify equipment - Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner - Assist in the installation of new equipment or systems - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment ```Experience``` To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience: - Previous experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting - Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems - Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and logic controllers - Basic electrical knowledge and the ability to perform electrical repairs - Experience with fabrication and welding techniques - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and other departments If you are a detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of facilities, we would love to hear from you.
