Snake River Veterinary Center is looking for an outgoing, positive, and responsible veterinary receptionist to join our team. Candidates should be professional, have the ability to multi-task, have an eye for detail, and be a team player.
Excellent communication skills and flexibility are required. This will be a full-time position with occasional Saturdays.
Previous experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
-operation of a multi-line telephone system
-answering phone calls and addressing client questions and concerns
-scheduling and confirming appointments
-maintaining proper documentation of client and pet records
-processing payments, following all cash and credit card handling procedures, and following proper opening and closing procedures
-performing clerical duties as needed
