We are seeking a highly experienced bookkeeper with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally detail-oriented and proficient in QuickBooks, MS Word, and Excel. This position requires managing accounts payable and receivable independently, with no supervisory responsibilities or staff interaction.
Flexible hours, 4 days a week
Pay range: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
This is a temp-to-hire position
Responsibilities:
A bookkeeper is responsible for accurately recording the financial transactions of an organization. This role involves the oversight of daily functions such as recording sales and invoices, as well as managing bill payments and payroll processing.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
