POSITION TITLE: MANAGER, QUALITY

Days: Mon-Fri 6:00am to 2:30pm; Swing: Mon-Fri 2:00pm to 10:30pm; Weekends: Fri-Sun 8am to 8pm
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Quality Manager is responsible for the planning, leadership and operational execution of organization's quality deployment and process improvement efforts. The Quality Manager leads the education and training of our staff while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and operations to support company improvement initiatives.
· Drive improvement to the department key performance metrics (COPQ, QPPM, Supplier Quality QPPM, DMR/RMA rate
· Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001), as applicable
· Manage all aspects of the plant quality operation to include audits, inspection, quality engineering, first article reporting, non-conforming product management, supplier quality.
· Synthesize quality performance data for presentation to executive leadership
Qualifications:
· 7-10 years of demonstrated success leading and managing Quality or manufacturing organizations in the machining, semiconductor equipment, automotive or medical device sector.
· Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Word, Project, Adobe Acrobat
· Read and interpret manufacturing drawings “Blueprints”, solid understanding of GD&T
· Read and interpret customer specification documents.
