Job Description: Our client is looking for an Application Engineer for machinery client installations, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our machinery and equipment solutions to clients. You will collaborate closely with clients, sales teams and internal technical experts to ensure successful installation, configuration, and operation of our applicators at client sites.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their machinery and equipment requirements, production goals, and specific needs.
• Configure and design machinery and equipment solutions to meet client specifications, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of machinery at client sites, ensuring that it is set up correctly and functions as intended.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the installation process, addressing any issues or questions that arise.
• Train client personnel on machinery operation and maintenance to ensure smooth and trouble-free operation.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the machinery meets safety and performance standards.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges and issues related to machinery installations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in machinery and equipment installation and client support.
• Proficiency in machinery operation, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
