Juniper Landscaping is Hiring a Customer Care Representative Near Fort Myers, FL

Juniper is Growing! We are seeking a Customer Care Representative for our corporate team. This position is part of our Customer Care team providing top-notch service to our customers.

Juniper is a full-service landscape design, build, and management company servicing the Southeast. Responsibilities:

  • Maintain updated knowledge of all company services in order to provide adequate education to customers
  • Field incoming phone calls and respond to customers using various forms of communication
  • Promptly respond to customer questions submitted via email
  • Answer customer questions and provide information to resolve any issues
  • Process tickets for customers when necessary
  • Obtain necessary information from customers to adequately follow up
  • Document important customer information for future reference
  • Collect and record customer feedback and information, and share with appropriate departments and team members
  • Foster and maintain relationships with customers to improve retention rate
  • Attend all required customer service-related meetings
  • Other relevant job duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in a customer service-related role
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Ability to foster and maintain positive relationships
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous projects and priorities at once
  • Positive, service-oriented attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
  • Basic computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft products, and excellent phone disposition
  • Willingness to work independently or as part of a team
