Living Water Christian Academy is Hiring an Elementary Teacher (multi-grade) Near Fort Lauderdale, FL

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Multi-Grade Level Teacher to join our team at Living Water Christian Academy. The Multi-Grade Level Teacher will be responsible for teaching and nurturing students in multiple grade levels, while also integrating Christian principles and values into their lessons. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of curriculum development, differentiated instruction, classroom management, and student assessment.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons to students in multiple grade levels, while ensuring alignment with the school's curriculum and Christian values.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to differentiate instruction based on individual student needs, abilities, and learning styles.
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student learning, growth, and development.
-Attend periodic parent / family nights.
- Utilize a variety of teaching techniques, resources, and technologies to enhance student learning and engagement.
- Assess student progress regularly using a variety of formative and summative assessment methods, and provide timely and constructive feedback to students and their families.
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school administrators, and participate actively in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster positive relationships with students, families, and the wider school community, and act as a role model for Christian values and principles.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification/license.
- At least 2-3 years of teaching experience in a multi-grade level setting, preferably in a Christian Private School.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development, differentiated instruction, and student assessment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to integrate Christian principles and values into teaching and classroom management practices.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
