Responsibilities:
Provide coordination regarding staffing, scheduling and quality assurance for contract personnel in a 24/7 operational environment. Support mentorship/guidance of large workforce supporting real-time operations, specifically regarding SIGINT Airborne ISR.
Qualifications:
Five (5) years of experience managing operations, mission management, personnel management and employee supervision.
Five (5) years of experience producing geolocation solutions.
Must be able to support 365/24/7 operations.
Position requires TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
