Main Duties:
- Act as the main point of contact for handling client service queries and resolving issues.
- Address client requests, provide support, and offer financial investment advice in line with team philosophy
- Create and maintain each client's financial plan while handling investment-related paperwork, including applications and withdrawal requests
- Stay informed on market conditions relevant to client objectives
- Support the Operations Team under the guidance of the Operations Manager
- Familiarity with Fidelity systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
- 5 years of experience in wealth management
- Relevant certifications such as CFP, CIMA, or CFA are advantageous
- Series 65, 7, and 66 certifications are preferred
