Salary $75,000 - $90,000 per year

This position will be essential in managing multiple projects for our clients throughout North America. You will work closely with the Project Managers and maintaining project support, billing, tracking large projects revenues and expenses.

Responsibilities
- Budget Management Track project costs, update projections, and prepare reports for executive management.
- Project Analysis Analyze project financials, maintain project dashboards, and effectively communicate project status to management.
- Invoice Processing & Approval Review and approve consultant invoices from multiple vendors.
- Contract Compliance Review and manage change orders, vendor contracts, and schedules to ensure compliance.
- Project Management Participate in hands-on project management, including coordinating with clients, managing vendors, and tracking milestones to ensure receipt of deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3 years of construction project accounting experience - Prior experience working with a construction company is preferred.
- Accounts Payable, month-end reporting, journal entries, account reconciliations, project billing.
- Accounting Software Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel.
