Job will include accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, account reconciliation and reporting. Must have knowledge and good understanding of GAAP. Candidate must be detail oriented, have good communication skills, proficient in excel, must be organized, able to multi-task, and be a team player. You must be able to communicate and work with vendors, clients, project managers and management. Candidate will assist with filling in for the receptionist when needed and other clerical duties when not working on accounting duties.
