We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounting Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing the financial records of the company, including accounts, invoices, and bank statements. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, participating in financial analysis to identify potential issues, and providing solutions and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage company financial records, including accounts, invoices, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify potential issues and provide solution recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Assist in the audit process and ensure smooth preparation for audits.
- Assist in budget preparation and management.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial information.
- Perform other tasks related to financial management as required.
Qualifications:
- Mandarian Speaker.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required;
- Proven experience in financial management or related roles.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
