Job Description

Pay Rate: $20-$22/hr | Shift: 8 am - 4:30 pm

Job Purpose: Support accounting department in daily tasks

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete costing analysis for daily production.
• Complete Month End reports in SAP.
• Complete the 3-way matching verification for payment process of invoices,
• Review invoices and check requests,
• Sort and match invoices and check requests.
• Set invoices up for approval and payment.
• Reconciliation of payments.
• Prepare analysis of accounts.
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies,
• Vendor file maintenance,
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
• Facilitate the standardization of all DC's operational reports to be in line with WCD, Inc. Administrative Office directives.
• Consult with; Manufacturing Accounting Manager, Kitchen and Cheese General Manager and Kitchen and Cheese Manager

Qualifications:

• Experience in SAP accounting system preferred
• Experience in MRP manufacturing system
• Knowledge of accounts payable
• Knowledge of general accounting procedures
• Proficient in data entry and management Good organizational skills Knowledge of DC operations Excellent customer service skills Strong sense of teamwork
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines Must be able to effectively communicate in English (read, speak and write) as this position will require communication to vendors and team.

Education and/or Experience:

Some college preferred

Computer Skills:

Strong Excel (spreadsheets)
