Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Outbound Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to targeted leads to promote our products/services
• Qualify leads and assess potential client needs through effective communication
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
• Document and update client information in the CRM system

• Proven experience in outbound sales or telesales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
