Position Summary |
Responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing relationships and increasing referrals to Hunterdon Hospice and Palliative Care; referral sources include Hunterdon Medical Center and other hospitals, physicians and advanced practice professionals in primary care and specialty practices, nursing homes, assisted living communities, and other prospects.
The hospice liaison is responsible for increasing volume in hospice and palliative care and achieving sales goals as assigned.
