Description

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the procure to pay process, which includes cash management and cash-flow forecasting. This role will serve as a liaison between the home office and community leaders to reconcile invoice statements, resolve invoicing issues, and ensure proper training and utilization of our technical systems.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with communities to resolve invoice inquiries, exceptions and discrepancies
• Provide training to community leaders and staff to ensure knowledge of the Procure to Pay process is disseminated
• Monitor back-end accounting processes, ensure invoice and payment batches post and release as expected; escalating major issues to appropriate parties and informing management
• Analyze, monitor and share insights on daily and monthly cash flow activities
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and budgeting.
• Evaluate, establish, and maintain accounts payable and cash management policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated expertise in a similar role
• Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities

*Limited travel may be necessary.
