Day-to-day Promotional Marketing Representative Responsibilities:
- Initiative conversations and engage prospective customers inside of our retail partners to generate interested sales leads for our clients
- Stay up to date on our client’s products, services, and promotions that are available in order to provide customers with the best possible experience and discounts
- Follow all compliance standards while generating new sales leads
- Build and maintain a positive and professional relationship with potential customers, our clients, and retail partners
- Experience working in a retail, customer service or sales-oriented environment is preferred
- Ability to maintain composure and compliance while communicating with customers from all backgrounds and areas in the community
- Maintain a customer-focused mindset
- An attitude of perseverance and grit
- Able to travel to our office and retail locations during scheduled shifts
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
