Chick-fil-A Delivery Driver
As a Chick-fil-A Delivery Driver you play a crucial role in the effectiveness of our team and the success of our restaurant. In selecting Chick-fil-A Delivery Drivers, we are looking for hard working individuals who will share our passion for giving our guests remarkable service and hospitality. An individual in this role will be delivering orders to our guests’ homes and workplaces and will be the face of Chick-fil-A outside the restaurant.
Expectations of all Team Members:
- Keep a “sense of urgency” and have a balance between Speed and Quality
- When things slow down, know what you should be doing next – if unsure, ask the shift manager
- You will be trained in the “Chick-fil-A” way, strive to hold to that standard at all times
- Be willing to learn and serve in any position
- Always strive for excellence and continuous improvement
Responsibilities of a Delivery Driver in this Role:
- Deliver immediate and scheduled food deliveries directly to our guests
- Participates in Driver Safety Training and executes safe driving best practices
- Understands and Utilizes the Core 4 at all times:
- Create Eye Contact with the Guest
- Share a Smile with the Guest
- Speak in a Friendly Tone to the Guest
- Say “My Pleasure”
- Helps differentiate Chick-fil-A from others in the delivery space by providing great service and care
- Represents the restaurant by being presentable, efficient and friendly
- Ensure that our guests are always the number one priority
Requirements
- Must be at least 25 years of age or older
- Must be available during the times of 8:00am – 8:00pm and have 8 hours of availability on Saturdays
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must provide a copy of a clean driving record
