Chick-fil-A Restaurant Director

Job Description

  • Starting wage - $16/hr (or higher based on experience)
  • Closed Sundays - All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.
  • Work Directly with Chick-fil-A Owner - The Operator is an independent business owner, responsible for the daily operation of the restaurant, who invests in his employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.

Located in Farmington, New Mexico, Chick-fil-A Main Street & English Rd, is owned and operated by a local Chick-fil-A Operator for the past 6 years. With a vision to be a leader in our community by providing the highest levels of food and hospitality, our Chick-fil-A team operates one of the highest volume restaurants in the entire Four Corners Region. POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Restaurant Director is responsible for the successful leadership and management of the business, leading 80 team members, and strategic planning of the organization. You will need to be a high-level thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. You will also need to have an attitude of continuous improvement when it comes to our 5 Critical Success Factors: Leadership, Guest Experience, Talent, Sales & Brand Growth, and Financial Stewardship. The ideal candidate has at least three years of previous leadership experience, the desire to be CAREER minded, and a passion for the brand. Leaders work directly with the Business Owner to achieve individual, team and restaurant success. The candidate applying for this position must have excellent communication, problem solving, critical thinking skills and have held previous leadership role with proven results.

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • This position requires open availability and 40-45 hours per week.

Leadership Postion

Chick-fil-a is not your average quick-serve restaurant, therefore; we need leaders who can be “REMARKable!” Chick-fil-A Leaders are responsible for assisting the leadership team in all aspects of shift management and ensuring that each restaurant guest has an outstanding experience. Leadership Team members are responsible for supervising assigned stations for an entire shift and will be assigned to open or close the restaurant; following established opening and closing procedures. Leaders work directly with the Business Owner to achieve individual, team and restaurant success. The individual applying for this position must have excellent communication, problem solving, critical thinking skills and have held previous leadership role with proven results.
