Position Overview

ProLift Garage Doors seeks a Technician to perform installations, service, and repairs along with small business operational support.

Responsibilities

• Repair various types of garage doors and openers
• Choose the best solutions for each application as it pertains to safety, functionality, and performance
• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform periodic maintenance on new and existing equipment
• Operational support, including inventory management, material orders, pricing strategy, etc
• Team member training and development
• Utilize Service Titan software to share estimates, invoice customers, and follow up with prospects
• Manage your company vehicle including maintenance, operation, and stock
• Assist in local marketing efforts to help grow market share

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience repairing and installing residential garage doors / motors is required
• Operational or inventory management experience preferred
• Previous team management and / or training experience preferred
• Excellent organization and communication skills
