CH Revenue Management Solutions (CHRMS) is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join its growing company. CHRMS specializes in navigating the complex world of out-of-network reimbursements and maximizing recovery on behalf of medical providers from insurance companies. The firm provides a single source solution to medical practices to manage the full revenue cycle process through multiple software platforms, with ongoing enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP, specifically with experience in the CodeIgniter 4 framework. Proficiency in front-end technologies like Bootstrap is essential. A working knowledge of Python and JavaScript, or other programming languages, is highly desirable.

This is a full time in-office position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and CodeIgniter 4.
• Create responsive UIs with Bootstrap and integrate with backend services.
• Work with MSSQL or other relational databases to ensure smooth data transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Stay informed about new technologies and industry trends.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proven experience in web development with PHP and CodeIgniter 4.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with MSSQL or other relational databases.
• Experience in Python, JavaScript, or other relevant programming languages.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with medical billing/coding, A PLUS.
• Prior experience with legal and medical software, A PLUS.
• Understanding of the medical billing process for commercial insurance, A PLUS.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years experience required.
