Internet Sales Consultant
Jim Trenary Chevrolet is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Internet Sales Manager to join our team. The Internet Sales Manager will be responsible for navigating within all aspects of the Internet Sales department, including handling high volume online customer inquiries, maximizing the utilization of our CRM system, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction and sales.
Job Responsibilities:
· Understand and implement dealership sales process
· Handle everyday leads of online shoppers and guide accordingly
· Present and demonstrate inventory
· Meet and exceed client expectations through the process of purchasing
· Review, update and manage a high volume of leads
·· Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
· Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
· Maintain customer data integrity via Client Relationship Management (CRM) software program.
Education and/or Experience:
Experience, education and prior sales training are a PLUS.
Automotive Sales or Sales experience is preferred and this offers a move up from the sales floor. We will train and support the right candidates with training, salary & commission.
