Hanson Sign Companies is looking for an experienced Supervisor / CNC technician to help lead our CNC team. Qualified candidates must have demonstrable supervisory experience and CNC experience. This position will lead one of our major fabrication departments. The CNC supervisor must be reliable, organized, and able to effectively communicate with both management and co-workers in the CNC department.

Duties include:
- Management and oversight of the CNC department, ensuring efficient and accurate completion of projects
- Develop and implement CNC standards and procedures to maintain consistency and quality in design deliverables
- Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration on projects
- Train and mentor CNC staff on software applications and best practices
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure compliance with project standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CNC technology

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC design, preferably in a managerial role

- Experience in a supervisory role
- Proficient in mechanical design software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, Revit, Civil 3D, Sketchup
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
