Job Title : Transitions Service Team Member

Location : Fort Mill, SC (2 / 3x on week)

Salary : $30,000 - $32,000

Job Description :

As a Transitions Service Team Member , you will assist advisors and sales assistants transitioning, ensuring outstanding service delivery.

Your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional support to Financial Consultants, Sales Assistants, and Internal Partners through :

• High-quality client interactions via calls and emails
• Efficient handling of operational tasks such as registration, account transfers, and new account processes
• Effective problem identification and resolution
• Knowledgeable assistance with products and systems
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Financial services or securities experience
• Strategic thinking and relationship management skills
• Strong customer service background
• Adherence to productivity standards
• Clear communication of operational and industry policies
• Coordination with internal departments for a smooth transition process
• Accurate documentation of procedures during daily activities
