Nosal & Jeter LLP is seeking an Account Manager / Bookkeeper with accounting experience for a full time opening in our Fort Mill, SC office.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare applications, inventory, accounting, and various other court documents for estate administrations
• Provide accountings for probate and civil clients
• Help maintain multiple QuickBooks accounts
• Attend meetings with the Assistant or Deputy Clerk of Court to review files and court documents
• Maintain files, calendar due dates and meet deadlines pertaining to estate administrations
• Review estate planning documents and assist attorney with drafting new estate plans
• Gather required records from clients
• Communicate status of estate files with attorney
• Resolve issues within estates
• Answer phones and schedule meetings with new and existing clients
• Complete projects supporting the marketing and internal operations efforts of the law office

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred
• At least 5 years of experience using Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Familiar with Mycase or similar practice management software and QuickBooks
• Strong attention to detail, consistency and follow-up
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Paralegal Certification preferred
• Salary based on experience

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
