Position: RN - Surgical/Trauma (Night Shift)

Opportunity OverviewTrusted Staffe is pleased to collaborate with a leading Regional Medical Center in Everett, Washington, to recruit a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for their Surgical/Trauma unit. This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide critical care to patients undergoing surgery and those experiencing traumatic injuries, in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Pre- and Post-Operative Care: Deliver expert nursing care to patients before and after surgery, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being throughout the surgical process.
  • Trauma Care: Provide immediate and ongoing care to trauma patients, including assessment, stabilization, and management of acute injuries.
  • Critical Care Skills: Utilize your advanced knowledge and skills to monitor vital signs, administer medications, manage pain, and perform other nursing interventions as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with surgeons, trauma physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Patient Advocacy: Act as a strong advocate for patients and their families, providing emotional support and education throughout their hospital stay.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care by established protocols.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Required:
    • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
    • Active Washington Registered Nurse License
    • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
    • Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience
  • Preferred:
    • National Certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., TNCC, CEN)
