We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our ICU team. As an ICU Nurse, you will provide specialized care to critically ill patients in our intensive care unit. Duties:

Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in an ICU or critical care setting
- Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Strong knowledge of ICU nursing principles, practices, and procedures
- Experience in providing care for patients with various medical conditions, including but not limited to cardiac, respiratory, neurological, and renal disorders
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the healthcare team and educate patients/families
