We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to serve in our non-profit organization based in Euless, Texas. The individual will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in the organization. This role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.Responsibilities:• Develop solutions, programs, and policies based on trends and metrics analysis to ensure the organization’s continued success.• Provide guidance and interpretation to management and employees regarding HR policies and procedures.• Offer day-to-day performance management guidance to management such as coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.• Participate in disciplinary actions or grievances including note-taking, gathering information or evidence for investigations, and providing advice to line managers or employees regarding employment legislation.• Conduct investigations (harassment, theft, hostile environment) as appropriate and make recommendations for appropriate resolution or action.• Maintain in-depth knowledge of employment laws related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.• Partner directly with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.• Manage the leave administration function, including all types of leave requests, short and long-term disability claims.• Serve as the Affirmative Action Officer and develop reporting for the annual report.• Be directly involved in the development and deployment of communication for Human Resources initiatives to employees.• Coach employees and management through complex issues objectively and mitigate risk.• Advise managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.• Develop programs that promote positive employee relations.
