Palm Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced professional in the restoration industry, with a strong background in construction sales and management with proven leadership skills. We are the premier full-service restoration company in the area, and we are looking for a motivated, dynamic individual to oversee our Coast operations.

Responsibilities:

As the Regional Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and profitability of our Coast Division. You will oversee the estimating / project management team, and office staff to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, while promoting and fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing leadership and guidance to the team in all areas of sales and management.

-Hiring and firing of personnel.

- Proficiency in estimating software, Xactimate, to assist in estimate reviews and writing estimates as needed.

- Ability to manage restoration projects as needed

- Collaborating with executive team to develop and execute strategic plans for growth and expansion.

- Monitoring project deadlines and budgets, implementing measures to ensure projects remain profitable by conducting Work-In-Progress, and AR meetings on a weekly basis.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors and other industry professionals.

- Minimum of 5 years in the restoration industry AND 3 years of Restoration Management.

- IICRC and/or RIA Certifications

- Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software

- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to create a positive work environment while holding the team and yourself accountable.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a team-centric approach.

- Strategic mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and implement effective solutions, rather than just identifying problems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
