Job ResponsibilitiesThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering inbound calls and assisting walk-ins with billing questions, establishing payment plans, explaining balances, and handling aging patient accounts.
Requirements
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Medical Billing/Medical Insurance experience preferred
- Computer and phone experience
