Green Trade Horticulture is specialized in the import and distribution of specialty plants. We work with laboratories and plant breeders around the world to bring newly developed plants to our customers in North America.
In this role, you will be working together with the General Manager, Bookeeper and Financial Administrator to manage the companies finances.
Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Invoicing
- Claim Processing
- Payroll
- Cash Flow Management
- Customer communication on invoices and statements
- Tax and Compliance - LLC Fees, Estimated Taxes, Communication with CPA
- Lead weekly financial meeting with General Manager and Financial Administrator
Required Skills
- Extremely organized

- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Previous QuickBooks Online or equivalent experience required
