Raybrex Dental Recruiting is Hiring a Dentist Near Ephrata, PA

We are a dentist recruiting company working with a very reputable, private practice, that is seeking an associate dentist. They have many established patients already established as one of their associates is moving. They are averaging 4.8 stars out of over 700 online reviews!

The office is approximately 80% PPOs and 20% Fee for Service. They do not accept any Medicaid and nor HMOs. The office is completely state of the art and is located in a high end strip center. They have an experienced team of 5 assistants and 4 hygienist.

The owner does a wide range of procedures and is willing to offer excellent mentoring in implants, full mouth rehab, veneers, cosmetics, etc. if interested in learning those. If a dentist just wants to do restorative procedures that is fine also. The dentist that is relocating is averaging 80K to 100K per month, so they have plenty of patients for an excellent income from day 1.

They are seeking a dentist to work 3 to 5 days per week depending on their preference. They have plenty of patients for full time. No nights and no weekends.

Associate Dentist Requirements:

  • Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
  • State license to practice dentistry.
  • CPR certification.
  • Proven experience working in a dental practice.
  • The ability to use various dental instruments and equipment.
  • The ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
  • The ability to work in a team.
  • Good hand-eye coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with both placing and restoring implants.
