Midsize Insurance firm is looking for an Appotinemnt setter
Job Discription :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate services or products to prospects
- Advanced negotiation skills to persuade potential clients to schedule an appointment
- Persistence and resilience to deal with rejection
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills to deal with various types of personalities
- Professionalism and courteousness to create a positive customer experience
- Computer literacy for research and data entry
- Familiarize themselves with the products and services offered by the company
- Research potential clients and generate leads
- Contact potential clients via cold calling, email or social media
- Qualify prospects based on their needs
- Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and sales team
- Maintain accurate records of all communications with potential clients
Job Hybrid with the potient to be remote for the right canidate.
Monday thur Friday no weekends.
