Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other correspondence
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and record keeping
- Perform data entry and maintain databases
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Experience:
- Previous experience as a secretary or administrative assistant preferred
- Proficient in typing and operating front desk equipment such as phone systems
- Experience in a medical or dental office setting is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using Google Suite or similar software for document creation and management
- Experience in project coordination or event planning is desirable
