Kforce has a client that is seeking a Reliability Engineer (Data Dog) in Sterling, VA.Responsibilities :

• Reliability Engineer will develop and maintain comprehensive monitoring solutions in Data Dog for cloud-based and on premise-based services and applications
• Create custom monitoring dashboards and reports using Data Dog, to provide real-time insights into system performance and health
• Continuously monitor the infrastructure's performance and capacity, anticipating and addressing potential scalability issues and create monitors with targeted notifications
• As a Reliability Engineer, you will aggregate and visualize data in the Datadog application
• Proactively suggest and implement improvements to enhance the system's reliability, resilience, and fault tolerance
• Work on automating tasks to streamline operational processes and reduce manual intervention

Requirements

Requires an BA / BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum 7 years of performance engineering and performance testing experience;

Or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.

We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.

This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
