The R&O Contract Administrator resolves issues affecting customer satisfaction for the assigned customer sets and manages all Repair Contracts and Orders. They act as primary Customer Contact for all Repair & Overhaul Work in Process.

Requirements:

• Review customer contracts/requirements on incoming orders
• Enter and manage order fulfillment transactions for all assigned customers or products.
• Order parts, request quotes, enter and maintain sales order information in Oracle system
• Complete all applicable shipping paperwork for the shippers, including FAA 8130-3 tag, Assembly of shipping packet, including any additional customer requirements
• Support Planning and R&O Manager in the forecasting of parts to maintain in stock for support of contractual TATs and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in business (Admin.) required.
• General Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)
• General internet skills with knowledge of Internet commerce
• Demonstrated ability to interpret customer purchase orders, contracts, or other contractual correspondence
• Oracle Experience
• Aerospace Manufacturing Experience
