Upper Bay Counseling & Support Services, Inc. is seeking to fill the entry level position of Residential Behavioral Assistant for the Sunrise Residential Rehab Program. Candidates will have room for professional growth. The candidate will provide daily identification/monitoring of residential houses for safety and cleanliness and teach appropriate independent living skills when needed. The candidate will provide medication monitoring and update the electronic health record daily and training will be provided. He / she will assist with the implementation of recreational, social, and individual community outings to meet residential needs. The person in this position will have use of agency vehicles to accompany residents to medical appointments in the community as needed. A valid driver’s license and a good driving record are mandatory.

Candidates must have a high school diploma with one (1) year of experience in the mental health, human services or social services field, residential experience preferred. Must have a Driver's License.

Good interpersonal skills with emphasis on emotional maturity needed. Candidates must be reliable, dependable and report to shifts as scheduled. Very good written and oral communication skills are necessary. This position requires the candidate to have the ability to be organized, multitask, and work well under pressure. Computer literacy is a must.

Schedule: 1st shift-7am to 3pm & 2nd shift-3pm to 11pm

Position starts at $15.75 an hour plus potential bonus opportunities.
