We are a Education program servicing 6-12th grade students with specific education needs. We are seeking individuals with strong interpersonal communication skills, the ability to think outside of the box, strong collaboration skills, difference makers, and individuals who are goal oriented and looking to work in the demanding, but highly rewarding, field of Education. We are looking to immediate hire a Educator to service students in Middle and Elementary level grades. These positions are direct fill positions which will allow for immediate start after fulfilling the necessary background checks and onboarding procedures.

Job Essentials: Delivers designated instructional models and strategies in readiness, reading, mathematics, and/or writing skills to eligible students through utilization of Company-designed materials and educational strategies.
Develops and maintains individualized skill-appropriate lesson/daily plans.
Always ensure supervision of students, including escorting students safely to and from Company classroom or to mobile/trailer classroom.
Establishes and maintains student forms and files as required by Company, local, state, and/or federal agencies.
Writing and implementing Individualized Education Plans
Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Requires a bachelor’s degree. Teaching experience preferred but not required.

OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must understand that all children can learn. Must demonstrate positive and enthusiastic attitude towards internal and external customers. Must be flexible, dedicated, and committed.

PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT/WORKING CONDITIONS: Light lifting, periods of standing, walking. Most programs are in school settings.The Company provides all classroom and instructional materials.Continued instructional and leadership support for all employees is also provided.

Job Hours:9:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday (Unless otherwise noted for School Closures)
Follows similar schedule to CCPS for extended holiday breaks and federal holidays.
Pay Schedule:Bi-Weekly Pay Schedule
10 over 12 Pay Schedule (Salaried Employees receive paychecks throughout the entirety year, no gaps in pay).

Pay: $47,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
