FT RN to work in a Residential Rehabilitation Program with individuals who have been diagnosed with a serious and persistent mental illness. The RN will provide caseload oversight, including assessments, treatment planning, care coordination, assistance with referrals, client education, and other support services. In addition, he/she will coordinate treatment and advocacy with PCP’s, specialists, and community pharmaceutical companies.
Position requires the ability to multi-task and work with multiple deadlines. Qualified candidates must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional organizational skills.
Experience working with mental health consumers in a residential setting preferred.
Position is Monday- Friday 8- 4:30 with some on-call as needed.
