Your challenges.

Assemble components based on assembly instructions, work instructions, blueprints specifications and or process sheets.

Gather parts, subassemblies, tools and or materials needed to complete assigned work.

Ensure assembled products have correct fit on all connections and meet all standards.

Verify specifications by measuring completed components.

Resolve assembly problems by ensuring product dimensions meet customer specifications.

Notify supervisor of any challenges preventing the assigned work to be completed.

Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance as required; following manufacturers instructions.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with all procedures and rules as well as implementing improvements to current procedures.

Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed and preventing re-work and waste.

Complete documentation and reports as needed.

Maintain professional and positive relations with team members.

Work safely and demonstrate respect for personal safety and the safety of others.

Effectively communicate with supervisor and others as part of assigned work.

Assist with the Quality Response Quality Control process and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Perform other duties as assigned.

You have a High School diploma

1 year of assembly experience in a manufacturing setting

In addition

You have the ability to demonstrate a systematic approach to job tasks.

You are able to use a computer or tablet and have some knowledge of Google applications.

You are able to lift heavy components (30-50 pounds) and stand for long hours (8-10 consecutive hours)
