33 Realty is Hiring a Senior Property Manager Near Elkhart, IN
We are seeking a Senior Property Manager to join our fast-growing Property Management company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing multiple properties and leading a team of professionals in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Requirements and Experience:
- Hybrid schedule: reporting weekly to the assigned buildings in Portage, IN and Elkhart, IN
- 4 years of experience in property management;
- Experience with financial reporting and budgeting principles;
- Strong customer service skills and experience in managing tenant relations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Property Management software.
- Demonstrate ability to manage staff, vendors, and contractors.
- Develop a maintain a positive relationship with owners, tenants, vendors, and stakeholders, and serving as a liaison between clients and management.
- Coordinating with our leasing team to ensure smooth turnovers between tenants;
- Managing the maintenance staff including third-party vendors;
- Develop and implement budgets, financial forecasts, and reports.
- Perform property inspections to ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Collect and manage rent payments, late fees, and deposits.
- Oversight of resident work order intake and completion including both emergency and non-emergency maintenance requests
