Reports to: Engineering Supervisor
Develop new and make revisions of drawings as needed for manufacturing and procurement. Create and maintain electronic documentation file accessible via network. Maintain required documentation system
Responsibilities:
- Transfer manufacturing drawing to current CAD formats and software.
- Develop and maintain drawings for manufacturing and procurement
- Maintain Documentation Control Procedures for ECN’s, print revisions etc.
- Develop models and prints for new product design
- Development and execution of assignments in a timely manner achieving continuous process improvement.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year College education with emphasis in CAD (Solid Works)
- 3-5 years CAD (Solid Works) experience in a manufacturing environment
- Highly efficiency in Solid Works
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Planning and organizational skills
- Regular attendance
- 20# unassisted weight restriction
- Requires long periods of sedentary work
- Requires repetitive upper body movement – keyboard and monitor use
- Ability to travel to remote locations
